Shipping Policy

We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their
purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do
so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delivery, First Flight,
Overnight Express & Ecom Express.

Delivery Timeline:

•  Product Dispatch time will be 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order. If
  for any reason dispatch is getting late than this then customer will be
  informed via WhatsApp, Instagram or Mail.
• While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the
  customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days after
  dispatch. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4
  working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might
  take 5-7 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

• Pan India: We provide shipping across India. Order below Rs. 599 will attract
shipping charges Rs. 50. If any Product below Rs. 599 is listed as a free shipped
product then it will be mentioned in the description also will be advertised as a
free shipping product. Order above Rs. 600 will be comes under free shipping policy.

Cancellation Policy

CCBM reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the
circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any
communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a
reasonable time.

In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation then
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted
beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24
hours will be exclusively at the discretion of CCM & the refund would only be in the form of a
credit voucher code. You can WhatsApp us on 7600189399 for any cancellation requests.
Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone call only written cancellation on
WhatsApp will be valid.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing
the order) but payment of that order should be by UPI or direct bank payment. with card payment feature will not be available.

SALE

Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.
Customized Products/Orders & Gift Boxes
Customized products & Gift Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a
manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the
customization cost for any product only standard discounts which is given by CCM team is
Valid.

Facetime or Skype call Orders

Products ordered on Facetime or Skype calls cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
There will be no discounts available on any product purchased on Facetime or Skype calls.
Products purchased on Facetime or Skype calls will be eligible for returns or refunds only if
there are any manufacturing defects with the same. Accessories are not returnable.

Refunds

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing
the order) but payment of that order should be by UPI or direct bank payment. with card payment feature will not be available..
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed
slightly.

Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time, will CCBM issue refunds more than the value of the product.

Note: The word CCBM reffered here is the short form of Classic Collection By Manali.
